Once delivery of equipment is confirmed, we run pre-delivery inspection and testing to ensure it is fully functional where appropriate before installation.
The final phase is to implement the configuration as per the plan with customer participation, as with most upgrades there will be break points for reversals should unforeseen problem appear whether with the hardware or customer software.
